Terms of Service
1. What RichMog is
RichMog is a game for entertainment purposes only. You pay to place and raise your position on a public leaderboard. That position, and the bragging rights that come with it, are the entire product — a digital good. There is no skill, no chance of a prize, and nothing of real-world value is awarded.
2. No prizes, no winnings, no value
RichMog is not a lottery, sweepstakes, contest, investment, or game of chance. You will never win money, prizes, tokens, points redeemable for anything, or anything of monetary value. Your leaderboard standing has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed.
3. Payments are final & non-refundable
All payments are made in cryptocurrency and are final. Because crypto transactions are irreversible, payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including if you are out-ranked, change your mind, or lose your leaderboard position. Do not pay more than you are willing to part with permanently.
4. Crypto only; you handle your own wallet
RichMog accepts cryptocurrency only. We never ask for and never need your private keys or seed phrase — only a public payment is required. You are solely responsible for your own wallet, funds, network fees, and for acquiring cryptocurrency. We do not provide a crypto on-ramp and are not responsible for third-party payment processors, networks, or wallets.
5. Identity & display names
No account is required. You may play anonymously or choose a display name. Display names are not verified unless a name carries a verification badge earned by linking a social account. You may pay on behalf of any name; unverified names are not guaranteed to belong to anyone. Do not impersonate others in a way that is unlawful. We may remove names or content at our discretion.
6. Eligibility & conduct
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and use RichMog only where permitted by law. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live. Do not use RichMog for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
RichMog is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the game, including lost payments, downtime, bugs, or changes to the leaderboard. The service may change or end at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
